Where To Find Loretta In Dark Souls 3

In order to start this quest line you will have to free from the cell. We have a guide for finding the Cell key and the Cell here. When you free him he will ask you to help him out and give you a ring for your trouble. You will have to defeat Vordt Of The Boreal Valley before you can go find Loretta. You can also find the guy in your Firelink shrine if you want to talk to him or buy items from him.

You can’t get this item until you get to the Undead Settlement. Warp to the Undead Settlement Bonfire because it is the closet. Follow the path from the fire to the house on the other side and enter. You will have to get through the building and out the other side to find the item you are looking for. Go down the first set of stairs and you can exit to a balcony. Here there is a corpse with an item on it you will want to chop down. You can either fall or go around to get the item and find out what happened to Loretta.

You now have two options. You can return to the Firelink Shrine and tell Greirat about the bone. He will tell you thank you and then tell you to keep the ring, as if we’d give it back anyways. This will make him stop being a vendor for a short time but when he recovers you will be able to send him out to find items and sell things to him. I will update if he dies anytime I send him out or if he comes back with a good item.

You can also just keep the ring and not tell him about Loretta if you want.

Update – He came back and had new items for sale when I sent him out. I have sent him out twice, once for the Undead Village and once for Boreal Valley so far.

  1. This isn’t the best place to farm souls. The best place to farm them is the high wall of lothric way point. Go down the strairs in front of you, kill the one active skeleton prayer, run down the steps, kill the skeleton that screams, kill the two in the room down the steps, trigger the dragon, run back up to the way point killing all the prayers on the way, hit the check point, rinse/repeat. Makes about 900 souls/minute. The drops are a bit better at your location though.
